The Wholesale Operations Intern is a hands-on role at the core of CHIMI's wholesale business. You will work directly within our commercial team, supporting the day-to-day operational flow that keeps orders moving - from placement and confirmation through to delivery and invoicing. This role is ideal for someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and genuinely interested in how a global wholesale operation works. You will get broad exposure to cross-functional collaboration, working closely with finance, operations, logistics, and product teams to ensure smooth execution across the order cycle. We work together in the office at CHIMI's headquarters in central Stockholm.

Responsibilities:

• Process and administer wholesale orders end-to-end -- from order entry and confirmation in our ERP (Business Central) and B2B portal (Centra) through to delivery and invoice coordination.

• Liaise with our warehouse and clients' operations teams to ensure a smooth order process and flawless deliveries -- coordinating on shipment confirmations, delivery windows, and any exceptions that need to be resolved.

• Support accounts receivable processes in coordination with finance -- following up on outstanding invoices, credit notes, and payment confirmations.

• Coordinate with the operations and logistics team on delivery bookings, shipping documentation, and any order exceptions or delays.

• Maintain accurate master data across systems -- including customer records, address books, and product/article information -- in close collaboration with the product and operations teams.

• Assist with portal management for key accounts -- supporting clients in placing orders through their own procurement or EDI systems where applicable.

• Help prepare internal reporting on order status, open deliveries, and fulfilment accuracy to support the wider commercial team.

• Support cross-functional tasks as they arise, acting as a reliable link between wholesale and teams across finance, logistics, and product.
