IT Manager
Join CHIMI, Sweden’s leading eyewear brand. We’re seeking an IT Manager to own and optimize our digital systems - driving clarity, structure, and seamless global scalability.
About Chimi
Chimi Eyewear is Sweden’s biggest eyewear brand, known for its bold aesthetics, innovative mindset, and fast global expansion. As we continue scaling both digitally and internationally, we are looking for a smart, driven and structured IT Manager to take full ownership of the logic, flow and integration of our digital systems. This is a pivotal role at the intersection of operations, product, and tech — designed for someone who thrives on clarity, systems thinking, and cross-functional leadership.
The Role
As the IT Manager, you will take full responsibility for the end-to-end digital flows that power our business — from first click to final delivery. Your mission will be to drive the coherence and effectiveness of our systems landscape, including integrations across ecommerce, ERP, POS, WMS, and other key platforms. You will coordinate across internal teams and external partners to ensure clarity, structure and scalability as we continue to grow.
You’ll lead the digital systems roadmap, refine requirements, and be responsible for building a functioning, testable ecosystem that supports our ambitions. While this is not a developer role, it requires a deep understanding of system logic, process mapping, and structured thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities
- Own and maintain a structured digital systems roadmap aligned with our 18–24 month business vision.
- Be the key coordinator across functions when no single person owns the full digital chain.
- Translate business goals into technical flows, system requirements and testable user stories.
- Ensure systems are aligned not just technically, but also from a business process and user experience standpoint.
Requirements & Backlog Ownership
- Drive the digital backlog and prioritisation of system development/improvements.
- Capture, structure and refine requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contact for delivery teams and tech partners.
Systems & Flow Management
- Map and document cross-system processes, integrations, and dependencies.
- Own the creation of diagrams, test cases and documentation for internal clarity.
- Manage system ownerships, mandates, KPIs and budgets across platforms.
Testing & QA
- Ensure we have a functioning test environment that mirrors live systems.
- Design and run end-to-end tests across ecommerce, ERP, WMS, shipping, POS and returns systems.
- Validate that new solutions perform as expected across every business-critical touchpoint.
Stakeholder Communication
- Translate complex technical flows into understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Support implementation projects by ensuring momentum, clarity and follow-through.
- Communicate issues, outcomes and improvements using documentation, diagrams, and tools like ChatGPT, Gemini or YouTube tutorials.
Tooling & Systems Landscape
- Work closely with vendors and internal teams across the following systems:
- ERP: Microsoft Business Central
- Ecommerce: Centra (incl. B2B)
- POS: Sitoo
- WMS: Ongoing
- Checkout: Klarna/Kustom, Adyen
- Shipping Logic: Ingrid
- Apps: Depict, Klaviyo, Reclaimit
- Analytics: Qlik, GA4
- PLM/PIM: Madden, Resourced
Your Background & Experience
You’re structured, curious and highly capable of connecting business needs with technical flows. You’re a teamplayer and a do:er. You may come from a background in product, operations or system implementation — but above all, you’re someone who loves turning complexity into clarity.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years in digital product ownership, business systems, or process development roles
- Strong understanding of system logic, integrations and data flows
- Proven experience in ecommerce, retail or consumer goods
- Comfortable working across multiple platforms, tools and APIs
- Skilled in documenting flows and requirements for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
- Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus
Who You Are

- You thrive in cross-functional environments with many stakeholders
