Job Purpose
As an E-commerce & CRM Manager, you are responsible for maintaining and optimizing the website to ensure a seamless and engaging shopping experience for our customers. This includes everything from merchandising the site and enriching product information to uploading content and ensuring the website is always up to date, on-brand, and user-friendly. Your work plays a key role in supporting online sales and delivering a smooth digital journey that reflects CHIMI’s identity and values.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and updating product information on the website, including descriptions, images, and metadata such as titles and descriptions. You will merchandise the site to support product launches, campaigns, and seasonal changes, as well as upload and publish content such as homepage banners, landing pages, and campaign assets. To ensure a seamless customer experience, you will monitor the website daily to confirm that all pages are functioning correctly and that content is always up to date.
You will support the execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches by coordinating with logistics and operations teams to ensure product availability and accurate delivery information. On the marketing side, you will create and send newsletters, promotional emails, and automated flows, segmenting customer data to enable targeted communication. You will also monitor email performance and help optimize campaigns for engagement and conversion.
Additionally, you will be responsible for key e-commerce KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, and average order value. You will report bugs or issues with the website and follow up with internal or external tech teams to secure timely fixes. Collaboration will be central to your role, as you will work closely with marketing, design, operations, and customer service to align website and CRM activities, while coordinating content and campaign timing across departments.
Qualifications
- Degree in E-commerce or Marketing, Digital Communication.
- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Centra and Storyblok are a plus).
- Interest or some exposure to CRM systems (Klaviyo is a plus)
- Hands-on experience from working with and owning digital performance metrics (Traffic, conversion rate, average order value, open rate).
- Curious about how data can be used to improve customer experience and drive sales.
- Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus).
