Position Overview
CHIMI is seeking a bold and conceptually sharp Content Lead to own the development and execution of our social content across both performance and organic channels. In this role, you will shape how the world sees, clicks, shares, and shops CHIMI, leading with creativity, cultural edge, and commercial impact.
You’ll lead performance-driven content across Meta and TikTok while also building CHIMI’s organic presence. From scroll-stopping ads to culturally relevant TikToks and community-powered content, you’ll champion a social-first mindset, fueling brand and business growth frame by frame.
You’ll work from our Stockholm HQ, collaborating closely with our Creative, Growth, and E-commerce team, especially our Paid Media Specialist, to deliver ideas that convert. You’ll also manage a network of UGC creators to helping scale our content production with platform-native storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Lead concept development, production, and rollout of content for paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok, optimized for performance and aligned with CHIMI’s tone and visual identity.
- Collaborate daily with our Paid Media Specialist to test, optimize, and scale high-performing ad creatives
- Set the direction for organic content across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, balancing brand-driven storytelling and commercial impact through traffic, engagement, and conversion
- Brief, source, and collaborate with UGC creators to ensure a steady flow of authentic, high-quality content
- Build agile asset toolkits for new launches, brand campaigns, and product stories—from short-form video to UGC-style ads
- Work with in-house creatives to produce and adapt content across all priority channels
- Analyze creative performance and audience insights to inform future content development
- Ensure all content, whether built for performance or storytelling breathes CHIMI
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in content, social, or performance creative, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or DTC
- Strong conceptual thinker with a sharp eye for aesthetics, movement, and brand consistency
- Intuitively understands what resonates across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, from native creator content to curated brand visuals that drive desire and demand
- Proven track record creating high-converting social ad content
- Skilled in creating quick-turn content using Adobe Creative Suite
- Highly collaborative, organized, and energized by a fast-paced, creative environment
- Passionate about digital culture and pushing creative boundaries
You will be joining an ambitious team shaping one of Scandinavia’s most exciting fashion brands. This is a full-time position based at CHIMI’s HQ in Stockholm, with a desired start date as soon as possible.
