With the US as a key market for our expansion, we are seeking a strategic and results-oriented E-commerce Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving online sales growth, optimizing the customer journey, and managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform to ensure a seamless and exceptional shopping experience.
Position Overview
As our E-Commerce Manager, you’ll be responsible for executing CHIMI’s global e-commerce strategy, driving profitable growth, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience. Your role will encompass all areas of e-commerce, from website management to commercial planning and sales performance. You’ll report to the CMO and collaborate with various departments to create a cohesive brand experience across all digital touchpoints.
Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize the CHIMI website, ensuring it’s user-friendly, on-brand, and optimized for conversions.
• Oversee daily operations of our global e-commerce site, analyzing customer behavior and web performance to implement strategies that maximize sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies aligned with business goals, including traffic generation, conversion optimization, and KPI growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
• Manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
• Cultivate relationships with external partners like web developers, payment processors, and logistics providers.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
• At least 5 years of experience as an E-Commerce Manager, preferably within the fashion industry, with a strong understanding of omnichannel strategies.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in English (Swedish fluency is a plus).
• A proven track record of driving online sales growth and enhancing digital customer experiences.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (knowledge of Centra and Storyblock is a bonus).
• A strategic mindset with the ability to execute and drive results.
• A passion for digital innovation, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Passionate about data analysis to derive actionable insights to measure performance and iterate with precision.
• Results-driven approach, coupled with a sense of urgency and proactive work ethic, dedicated to executing tasks with efficiency.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
